Student Email

The University of Debrecen has Microsoft 365 A1 license. Main features include:

• Email addresses with a University domain name (mailbox.unideb.hu)
• Office Online
• OneDrive cloud storage (100GB)
• Teams web conferencing
• SharePoint websites

Microsoft 365 services are available to every active student of the University of Debrecen.

Email addresses are generated in the form eduid@mailbox.unideb.hu.

Microsoft 365 access must be activated at eduid.unideb.hu. Once activated, one can log in at outlook.office.com using the email address (eduid@mailbox.unideb.hu). After being redirected to the University's authentication page, use your eduID/password pair to log in as usual.
